How do you measure the performance of an industry today?

This measure takes into account several indicators, two of which are :

- The process system: measures the rates, synthetic rates of return and breakdown rates.
The main objective is to feed back all this data in order to better manage the whole process and anticipate the next steps.

Many company managers think that this new industrial performance does not concern them. That they are not allowed to have access to all these new tools and technologies. In reality, industrial performance is accessible to all companies. Digitization allows the installation of tools that were not imaginable in the past.
