Bol de soupe

In summer and winter alike, eating soup is excellent for your health. Cooked with vegetables, it is your ally in losing weight and staying in shape. Find in this article a few recipes for healthy and delicious soups.

How to eat soup?

Drinking soup regularly, several times a week, helps limit the number of calories you bring to your body. It is an excellent way to lose weight effectively and gradually. Ideally, it should be eaten at the evening meal, as this is the time when your body burns the fewest calories. As part of a slimming diet, it is recommended to bring a dose of protein and vegetables. Indeed, the intake of fibre will facilitate your intestinal transit. Many people who eat diet soups believe that this is an alternative solution if you don’t have the time to prepare them yourself.

Eating soup all year round

In winter, butternut and chestnut soup is ideal for keeping your figure in shape and can be prepared in less than 10 minutes. For 4 people, you need half a butternut squash, 280 g of chestnuts in a jar, an onion, a vegetable stock cube and water. The preparation is very simple, the first step is to peel, seed and cut the butternut squash into cubes. Drain and rinse the chestnuts in cold water. Thinly slice the onion.

In a stewpot, place your vegetables with the stock cube and cover with water. Cook for about 20 minutes. As soon as your vegetables are cooked, mix them finely. Now you can enjoy your delicious winter-flavoured soup.

In a more springtime version and just as tasty, the cold beetroot and feta cheese soup will help you lose weight while continuing to indulge yourself. This recipe is very easy to make and takes only 15 minutes.
