Remy Halgrain’s first steps in the professional world seem modest, as a receptionist. But it was to be the prelude to a fine ascent. It didn’t take long for his perseverance and talent to be noticed, propelling Remy into a sales company where he excelled at promoting American Express cards. This initial role marked the start of a remarkable upward trajectory, leading Remy, barely a year later, to launch Uname Production, his own communications company. For three years, he forged the first milestones of what was to be an interesting entrepreneurial adventure, to say the least…
An ever-evolving career…
Versatility and passion seem to be the watchwords of Remy Halgrain’s career path… After successful experience in the world of communications, he moved into real estate investment consulting with La Maison de l’Investisseur, revealing a definite talent for property marketing. However, it was an unexpected detour into the restaurant business that marked a turning point in his career: by teaming up with the La Bonbonnière group, manager of popular venues such as Les Fils à Maman and Le Club des 5, he orchestrated several culinary successes, before setting off to open his own establishments – no less! These bistros, praised for their friendly atmosphere, exquisite wine selection and fresh produce-based cuisine, perfectly embody his vision of dining with a human face.
His quest for fulfillment led him to inaugurate “Le 18”, a high-end bistronomic restaurant concept he established with an eye for excellence. But aware of the operational limitations inherent in a sector as challenging as the restaurant business, Remy turned to consulting, yet another successful change of direction. Endowed with a natural talent for transforming culinary spaces, he dedicates himself to consulting for restaurant inaugurations and renovations, while orchestrating the sale of his businesses.
