But things didn’t turn out as planned: driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge and a natural propensity for self-teaching, Nicolas soon turned to a different field: business management, followed by an IAE specializing in finance and management control. Throughout his academic career, one constant remained: the desire to build up a dense professional network, the cornerstone of his future success.

That said, to fully grasp the essence of Nicolas Brzustowski’s passion for entrepreneurship, we need to go back to his teenage years. Indeed, it was during this period that the call of entrepreneurship was first heard… Faced with financial needs that were difficult to ignore, to say the least, he threw himself into the world of work, encouraged by one of his mother’s most pragmatic pieces of advice: ” You’re on vacation, you want money? Get yourself a summer job “. His wish came true.

Nicolas spent a fortnight working in a store, an experience tinged with boredom but rich in lessons. From this “ordeal” he drew a solemn promise never to resign himself to a bland professional career devoid of autonomy. It turned out to be a real turning point in Nicolas Brzustowski’s life, marking both an absolute rejection of professional routine, and the awakening of a fervent desire to create, lead and innovate!

The entrepreneurial beginnings of Nicolas Brzustowski

Nicolas Brzustowski took his first step out of the summer store and onto eBay, at a time when the platform was taking its first steps in France. Selling his collections of stamps, cards and other personal “treasures” quickly brought him success and profits! This first step into e-commerce not only brought him immediate success, but also gave him the resources to expand his inventory and support himself. Even more impressively, this activity monopolizes only a few hours of his week, allowing him to study new technologies on his own, with the ambition of designing websites that are both simple and economical. Beyond his desire for independence, it’s Nicolas’ determination to turn his ideas into reality that puts him in a class of his own…

It was with this in mind that he launched “Stylee”, his first real entrepreneurial project before he was even in his twenties! Launched in 2010 as part of a university project, this web portal was inspired by Trustpilot, while incorporating a unique feature: a browser capable of checking the reliability of the sites consulted live. Despite its innovative concept, “Stylee” was short-lived, hampered not only by a lack of funding, but also by a lack of experience…

However, this initial failure did nothing to dampen Nicolas’ entrepreneurial spirit – quite the contrary! In fact, they sharpened his understanding of the challenges inherent in creating and developing a business, while sharpening his sense of innovation and determination. Armed with these new skills and a renewed vision, Nicolas Brzustowski is ready to embrace future opportunities with even greater vigor. With unshakeable resilience and a thirst for independence stronger than ever, Nicolas continued to explore the digital world, ready to turn his ideas into tangible realities.

This adventure, however, represents only the tip of the iceberg of his ambitions…

With Theoria Realty, Nicolas is investing in the real estate market of Malta, an island with under-exploited potential due to a lack of consolidated data on the real estate sector. With this in mind, he applied his analytical skills to forging tools and predictive models capable of identifying undervalued properties, finely tuned to the emotional aspect of purchasing decisions. The development of Theoria Realty demonstrates his ability to transform a market observation into a lucrative business opportunity, despite the challenges inherent in rapid growth, particularly in terms of recruitment and personnel management.

His insatiable curiosity then led him to explore the field of digital entertainment with Dice Lab Gaming. Detecting a gap in the range of mobile dice games on offer, Nicolas innovated by creating a 3D dice technology based on real laws of physics, far removed from the artifice of traditional graphic animations. His goal? Nothing less than to reinvent the world of online gaming. However, due to a strategic shift by a key collaborator, Dice Lab Gaming experienced an interlude. The road to innovation is fraught with uncertainty…

In Malta, Nicolas Brzustowski had the vision of a unique place, fusing business and culinary pleasures. He christened his project ” Network Malta “, envisaging it as the beating heart of the island, a “big village” where professionals and enthusiasts could meet in a warm atmosphere conducive to exchange. The space came to life five evenings a week, transforming itself into a hub of varied activities: enriching conferences, exhibitions, evenings featuring live music, dance and comedy… But even more, each space was meticulously designed to encourage interaction, attracting a diverse community of digital nomads and expats looking for connections on the island.

But the “Network Malta” adventure was brought to an abrupt halt by the arrival of the pandemic and the ensuing restrictions, making it impossible to continue this ambitious project. Despite this unexpected epilogue, “Network Malta” will nonetheless go down in history as the embodiment of a dream, where business and the pleasures of the table meet, leaving behind the memory of a place where business and gastronomy interacted in harmony.
